Dear customers of CPDC Solutions,
Today we're launching the new version of our support systems to the public and we hope that you will benefit from the polished interface and added functionality.
Please find a short introduction to the new interface:
- Registration: in order to access all parts of the support system we require new registrants to enter their relevant information and validate their email address upon registration. NOTE: Current customers or registered users can access the system as usual and do not need to re-register!
- Creating a Ticket: in order to create a ticket in the system, click on the tab "Create a Ticket" and you will be routed to the ticket input form where you can describe your issue. Tickets can only be created by registered user or customers. Tickets will be routed to the correct agent automatically and answered during business hours. Please reply to tickets within the ticket system and not via e-mail reply, so that we can better serve your needs in a timely manner.
